We didn’t start this roastery to be a bright, clinical cafe; we started it to be a "Medium" for the specialty world, a place where the art of the roast meets the mystery of the unknown. For us, "Ghostly Grounds" represents the gathering of the senses, the aroma, the heat, and the deep, dark energy of a perfect pour.

We source our specialty-grade beans from high-altitude estates in cool, mist-covered mountains where the air allows the cherries to develop a hauntingly complex sweetness. Our roasting process is a disciplined "Dark-Arts" craft utilizing small-batch thermal mapping to highlight ethereal notes of blackcurrant, dark chocolate, and smoked plum.
